Kim Carter, DVM

Dr. Carter started out in Veterinary medicine at the age of 16 while working summer jobs at clinics in her hometown of San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Carter started out like most as a kennel technician, then moving up to various other positions all through high school and into college. Dr. Carter graduated from Tarleton State University in 2009 with a BS in Wildlife Management and a BS in Animal Science. From there she attended Texas A&M School of Veterinary Medicine in College Station, graduating with a DVM in 2013. She has worked in clinic since then as an associate, and finally becoming an owner at Whitney Veterinary Clinic in 2019.
